How do I turn on/off the Auto Renew option on a Domain name?

If you have a domain that you no longer need to renew, it is possible to disable the auto-renewal yourself via your client area directly. You do not need to get in contact with our Billing Department to request this.

To disable the auto-renewal on a domain, please see the following steps.

• Log in to your Netcetera Client Area and click on Domains > My Domains
  
  
• Beside the domain you wish to disable auto-renew on, click on  the 3 dots the right
  
  
• Click on Auto Renewal Status 
  
  
• Turn button to show OFF

** If there is a invoice already raised for the domain renewal, it will be cancelled when you disable auto renew **
