** If the domain has been using our default nameservers - ns2304.nameservers.co.uk and ns2305.nameservers.co.uk then you should delete the DNS zone from the DNS manager first before proceeding with the below.
- Log in to your Client Area
- Click on the menu item 'Domains' and then on 'My Domains'
- This will show you the domains you have on your Netcetera account. Click on the 3 dots to the right of the domain in question, then click Manage Domain
- On the left hand menu, click on Domain Forwarders
- Under the field Redirect To, enter the website you want your domain name to forward to including http:// or https://
- Click 'Add Domain Forwarder'
Please ensure the nameservers are set to ns2306.nameservers.co.uk and ns2307.nameservers.co.uk - see HERE on how to do that.
